What the app does

Daily BP to Health keeps one blood pressure average for the day. You can share a screenshot of a Detailed Mode blood pressure screen, or type the systolic and diastolic numbers yourself. Recognition of a screenshot happens on your device. There is no account.

Share a screenshot, then tap Confirm, or type the numbers and save.

It is not a medical device, and it is not for diagnosis or treatment. It is not affiliated with Hume Health or FitTrack.

Share a screenshot, then Confirm

  1. Open the blood pressure screen in Detailed Mode and take a screenshot.
  2. Tap Share and choose Daily BP to Health. The first time, use More or Edit Actions if it is not in the list.
  3. The app reads the header range on your device and shows systolic and diastolic. Edit them if they look wrong.
  4. Tap Confirm, unless Auto-write is on. Until you do, that screenshot is not saved.

You can also open Today, type or paste the average, and save it the same way. Confirming again on the same calendar day replaces that day’s reading.

Common questions

The numbers look wrong

Change systolic and diastolic before you tap Confirm. If the screenshot cannot be read, the sheet stays up and says so. Try a clear Detailed Mode screenshot that shows the header range, not a cropped chart bar.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no login. Reminder time and similar settings can follow your own iCloud account. Blood pressure readings and history stay on the device and in Apple Health only.

Does the screenshot leave my device?

No. Text recognition runs on the device. The developer does not run a server that collects blood pressure readings. See the privacy policy.

Why didn’t the reading save?

A shared screenshot needs Confirm unless Auto-write is on. Same-day Confirm replaces today’s sample. Automatic can also save or update one daily average from blood pressure already in Apple Health. The Health average never replaces a number you entered yourself. If you have not allowed access yet, open Settings in the app and allow Health. Auto-write stays off unless you turn it on.

Is this a medical device?

No. Not for diagnosis or treatment. Talk with a clinician about blood pressure concerns. Daily BP to Health is not affiliated with Hume Health or FitTrack.
